AUSTRALIA DAY EVENT | BREAKFAST BY THE LEVEN

On Tuesday 26 January, the Council will help the community celebrate what makes Australia great by hosting a free breakfast provided by local service clubs. Members of the community are invited to come together this Australia Day to reflect, respect and to celebrate.

WHEN: Tuesday 26 January 2021 starting at 8.45 am |Official ceremony commencing at 9.30 am

WHERE: Anzac Park, Ulverstone (entry through Anzac Park or beside the Ulverstone Rowing Club)

The Australia Day Breakfast by the Leven event will acknowledge some of those who make an outstanding community contribution with the presentation of the Australia Day Awards. New citizens will be welcomed at a formal Citizenship Ceremony.

Bring a chair or picnic blanket and join us with your family and friends in celebration, to sit by the Leven River and enjoy tunes played by the Ulverstone Municipal Band. The Australia Day address will be presented by Australia Day Ambassador, Vicki Purnell.
