Lithgow Region Celebrates Australia Day

21 January, 2021

Australia Day activities will be held across the region on Tuesday 26th January with free activities and entertainment for everyone. The Ambassador’s Address will be given by environmental management expert Peter McLean.

Lithgow’s Official Ceremony will be held at Queen Elizabeth Park from 10:00 to 11:00am.

Wallerawang’s celebrations will take place at the Wallerawang Community & Sports Club from 10.30am.

The Portland community will be able to celebrate Australia Day with family and friends with free entry to the Portland Olympic Pool.

Covid safe measures will be in place for all sites. All guests will be required to register their attendance.
