Australia Day Awards and Citizenship Ceremony Tuesday 26th January 2021

The West Tamar Council's Austrlia Day Awards and Citizenship Ceremony will be a breakfast event on Tuesday the 26th of January 2021 at the Riverside Golf Club.

Awards will be presented in the categories 'Citizen of the Year', 'Young Citizen of the Year', 'Community Group/Event of the year' and a 'Mayor's Award'.

We will also be welcoming 10 new citizens to our municipality.

Our 2021 Australia Day Ambassador is Will Smith who runs JCP Empowering Youth and will be collaborating with Council on our Building Resilient Youth Program working with local schools in 2021.
