The Council would like to inform the community that the access ramp pictured below, next to the Penguin Playground, will be closed to allow for the construction of the verti-block wall commencing on Wednesday 27 January until Tuesday 30 March 2021.

Two beach accesses will continue to remain open east of this location along Penguin Beach, including the new beach access at Johnson Beach Rd opposite the newly developed carpark.

The Council regrets any inconvenience caused by this closure and asks for the community’s cooperation in avoiding the construction site during this period.
