Service Update: Civic Cinema closed for repairs

Gunnedah Shire Council wishes to advise that the Civic Cinema has been closed temporarily following the malfunction of a fire panel.

Screenings from Thursday, 28 January to Sunday, 31 January have been cancelled while a replacement panel is sought and installed.

Tickets purchased online for these dates will be automatically refunded and returned to accounts within 3-5 days. Anyone who purchased tickets over the counter can attend the Civic between 10am – 5pm on Thursday, 28 January and Friday, 29 January to obtain a refund.

Updates on the replacement, including any change of dates around the closure will be posted on the Gunnedah Shire Council website.

Council apologises for any inconvenience caused to cinema patrons. The safety of patrons and employees is our absolute priority and we are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
