Toowoomba Regional Council (TRC) is surveying residents in February, asking them to provide feedback on Council’s library services.

TRC Library and Cultural Services portfolio leader Cr Tim McMahon said the survey was an important opportunity for residents to have their say on all aspects of library services.

“Council operates 13 libraries across the Region and the survey will help us improve the services we provide to our communities,” Cr McMahon said.

“Our facilities offer a wide range of programs and services, including children and youth programs, local history collections, computer classes, author talks and community meeting rooms.

“The survey asks residents to comment on facilities they visit, services they access and how they hear about library events and programs.

“The survey can be completed online via https://yoursay.tr.qld.gov.au/libraries-survey and in hard copy at libraries and Council’s customer service centres.

“Libraries are for everyone and we’d love to hear from all residents, including those who don’t currently visit our facilities”.

The survey is open from Monday, February 1 to Sunday, February 28, 2021.

Survey results will be confidential and Council will not have access to individual feedback.

Survey results will be available on the Council website and in BOLD magazine from mid-2021.
