Works include installation of a box culvert and a large fenced open drain just past Arthur Street on the start of the Tasman Highway. Works will take approximately 4 weeks to complete with lane and road closures in place during the works. Delays can be expected during the works, so please allow extra travel time and observe all traffic management on site.
Arthur Street Temporary Road Closure
Arthur Street between Cole Street and Fitzroy Street will also be temporarily closed as part of the works. Property owners will have access off Fitzroy Street at all times. A detour will be in place using Fitzroy Street and/or Walker Street. The road will be closed for a period of approximately 10 working days and it is anticipated the works will take place in early February 2021. Signage will be installed as the works proceed.
