T-MSC2021-02 Mason Street Trunk Gravity Main Duplication

Mareeba Shire Council hereby invites written tenders for construction works required for Mason Street Trunk Gravity Duplication.

The scope of work for this contract includes all works associated with the construction of the Manson Street Trunk Gravity Main Duplication. This contract includes the supply of all materials, accessories, plant, labour and transport to carry out and complete the works. The works shall include but not be limited to the following:

Site establishment, reinstatement and disestablishment Location of existing services and depths Geotechnical investigation Survey and setting out of the works Construction of the gravity sewer main as shown in the project drawings As-constructed drawings (including survey) WHS Management Plan Provision and Implementation of Traffic Management Plan (TMP) Provision and Implementation of Environmental Management Plan (EMP) Provision of spotter-catcher during vegetation clearance Inspection testing plans and records Dewatering and Ground Management Location of existing pipelines at cut in and connection points

Date of practical completion for these works is Friday 10 December 2021.

All enquiries or clarifications must be via the online forum which will close 7 days prior to closing time. Council officers are unable to respond to verbal or emailed enquiries.

The closing time for electronic lodgement of Tenders is 11.00 am Tuesday 23 February 2021.

Regulation 228(7) of the Local Government Regulation 2012 may be applied.

Tender will not be opened publicly. The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
