A colourful and vibrant Lithgow Street Mall will host a celebration of Valentine’s Day during Valentine’s On Q from 4pm Friday 12 February and 9pm Sunday 14 February.
People can come down with partners, family, friends and colleagues to the pop up installation on the recently grassed platform in the On Q space, snap an Instagram photo and grab a dessert from a food truck.
Anyone who uploads their photo to Instagram with the hashtag #OnQCampbelltown to enter the draw to win one of four, $50 On Q vouchers.
“Whether you’re looking for a few activities to do with your partner over the Valentine’s Day weekend or just want to hang out with mates, the On Q space is a great place to come downand spend an evening,” Mayor George Brticevic said.
“So far, the On Q test and trial project has transformed Lithgow Street and enhanced Queen Street over the past few months with seating, shade trees and a colourful new look being tested out,” Cr Brticevic said.
“This is just the start of what we have planned to try out some big ideas on Queen Street during the coming months,” he said.
Valentine’s On Q is part of the On Q activation program which will test and trial different ideas and programs to enhance the Campbelltown CBD, particularly the Queen St precinct, over the coming months.
