The Hangout

The Yass Child, Youth and Family Interagency Group – in partnership with Ginninderry, Yass Valley Council, Anglicare, Capital Region Community Services and Zac’s Place – is pleased to present ‘The Hangout’.

‘The Hangout’ is a safe space for 12-17 year olds who live in the Yass Valley to hang out, catch up with friends and make new ones.

This initiative has been developed based on feedback from young people in Yass Valley.

‘The Hangout’ will run on one Thursday a month (until June 2021 at this stage), 4:30pm-6:30pm, at Zac’s Place in Yass and will be staffed by qualified youth workers and counsellors from our partner organisations.
