Upcoming works: Water hydrant and valve replacement

As part of the Central Highlands Regional Council’s 2020-2021 capital works program, a contractor will replace water hydrants and valves across the region from February until June 2021.

The replacements will start in Emerald, with Anakie, Blackwater, Bluff, Capella, Dingo, Rubyvale, Springsure and Tieri to follow.

During the works there may be brief two to three hour water supply shutdowns in your area.

Letters will be delivered to affected households and businesses prior to works commencing in their area.
