During February, we are conducting Council’s annual Community Satisfaction Survey to help measure community sentiment on a range of our services and facilities as well as other issues of concern in Bayside.
We have engaged Metropolis Research to conduct the survey phone interview interviews to get your feedback on how we can improve our performance.
Researchers will be calling 700 randomly selected households, via landline and mobile, in Bayside to share their experiences. Participation is voluntary however we encourage you to have your say.
The survey involves a conversation to truly understand the issues that are important to Bayside residents. It measures residents’ satisfaction with overall performance, services and facilities, planning and development, customer service and planning for population growth, along with other issues.
Information obtained from the survey is used to help Council address areas where the community feels we could be performing better.
Last years’ results indicated that Bayside was performing above the state average in services including animal management, financial management, home and community care, libraries, maternal child health, food safety and roads.
This year’s results will be published in full on Council’s website.
