Wild camels sold online in Australian first...

Wild camels have made a successful debut in Australia's leading online livestock auction.

In an Australian first, 93 camels mustered on a cattle station north of Boulia in outback Queensland have been sold on AuctionsPlus which normally offers cattle, sheep and goats.

The camels attracted strong national interest as far away as Sydney and Melbourne.
