Public Attendance at Council Meetings In accordance with Public Health COVID-19 Directives, the Council Meeting is restricted to allow a limited number of public to attend. Members of the public, who would like to attend the meeting, must register to attend online or by telephoning Council's Governance Officer on 64305700. Registrations close at 5pm, Monday 22 February 2021.

Public Questions Council will continue to accept public questions from members of the public. During this time, a person asking the question does not need to be present at the meeting. All public questions will be read out by the Mayor during the meeting.
