Proposed Road Closing Under Section 38B Roads Act 1993

In pursuance of the provisions of the Roads Act 1993, notice is hereby given that Carrathool Shire Council proposes to close the council public roads listed below:-

Upon closure of the roads, Council intends to keep the roads vested in Council.

Submissions in writing and addressed to the General Manager are invited, but must be received before 4.15pm Wednesday 24 March 2021. Please note that under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009, such submissions may be referred to third parties for consideration.

Council will consider all submissions received before deciding whether to continue with the road closure proposal.
