DRAFT RESIDENTIAL SETTLEMENT STRATEGY
The Council has been undertaking a review of the availability of residential zoned land in Central Coast. The review is a precursor to the preparation of a Central Coast Residential Settlement Strategy (the Strategy).
The Council is now inviting comments relating to the development of the Strategy. Information is available by clicking the links below.
The Strategy, once approved by the Council, will be used to inform the future review of the Cradle Coast Regional Land Use Strategy, which is the document the Tasmanian Planning Commission predominantly relies on when considering rezoning applications.
Submissions should be provided in writing, addressed to the General Manager, Central Coast Council, PO Box 220, Ulverstone TAS 7315 or via email to [email protected] by close of business on Friday 30 April 2021.
