You may have noticed that works are now well and truly underway for the redevelopment of the Historical Throssell Street precinct, due for completion in early May 2021.
This exciting project is a State Government funded initiative following on from the success of the upgrade to the Golden Eagle Restaurant. The upgrade works extend from the Colliefields Hotel through to the old Spry Butchers building, and also includes the Henderson Hardware building.
Below you can find some 3D Architectural rendered images of the project, including a ‘Drive-past’ animation prepared by H+H Architects. This is indicative only, and actual details such as colour schemes, outdoor activities and the like may vary from the scenes depicted in this animation. However it provides a strong impression of the final completed project.
