Sons of the West returns in 2021! After a transition to an online program in 2020,  this year Brimbank Council and Western Bulldogs Community Foundation are partnering to deliver an in-person program and online program.

Sons of the West is a no cost health and wellbeing program that includes one hour of education and one hour of group physical activity each week, as well as plenty of opportunities to meet local men and get involved in the community. It’s free and fun and a great opportunity to learn more about your health in a safe, inclusive space, connect with new and old friends and try out the group physical activities each week.

You can choose to participate online OR face to face. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, all participants MUST have registered via Eventbrite prior to attending.
