Playground testing pirates wanted!
Bayside City Council 16 Mar 2021

Ahoy me hearties! Calling all would-be Bayside Buccaneer pirates to locate six playgrounds in Bayside and provide feedback on how we can improve them. We are upgrading six playgrounds and we need your help on how to make them more accessible, safe and FUN.

To take part, you’ll need to:

Every playground visited will earn Bayside Buccaneers an entry into the draw to win movie tickets. If pirates visit all six playgrounds, Bayside Buccaneers will go into the draw to win GOLD Class tickets.

The six playgrounds to be designed this financial year are:

Hanby Reserve, Brighton Train Street Reserve, Highett Donald MacDonald Reserve, Beaumaris Hampton Recreation Node RG Chisholm Reserve, Sandringham Whyte Street Reserve, Brighton

These upgrades are part of the Playground Improvement Plan which will see all Bayside’s playground upgraded by 2025.
