Clean out your home, and load up the car or trailer.

Brimbank residents can safely and conveniently drop-off their unwanted household items, for reuse or recycling at the ‘Pop-Up Drive Through Recycling Day’ – all at no charge.

Items in good condition will be donated to local charities including the West Welcome Wagon and Inner West Community Bike Hub and the rest will be recycled.

Residents can drop-off TVs, computers, electronic appliances, whitegoods, furniture (in good condition), mattresses, bicycles (in good condition), homewares, clothes and linen.

Residents cannot bring asbestos, construction waste, chemicals, biological waste, sharps, broken monitors, fluorescent tubes and smoke detectors.

There is a maximum of 8 items per household. Only cars, small vans or cars with trailers will be able to drop-off items, no trucks or commercial quantities allowed.

To keep the event COVID safe you will be required to bring identification (driver's licence or rates notice) and register onsite. You will also need to wear a face mask and remain in your vehicle at all times
