Planning Reform: The Tasmanian Planning Scheme

State and Local governments are undertaking reform of the Tasmanian planning system. Under this reform, the current Dorset Interim Planning Scheme 2013 will be replaced by the Tasmanian Planning Scheme, which will be comprised of both the State Planning Provisions (SPP) and Council’s own Local Provisions Schedule (LPS).
