ABOUT THE LOCATION • The land is legally described as being part of Lot 1 on SP296846, and is located at 93 Rubyvale Road, Clermont. • The land is owned by Queensland State Government, represented by the Department of Natural Resources, Mines and Energy (DNRME) and managed by the Isaac Regional Council as Trustee. • The land has been dedicated as a Recreation Reserve by DNRME. • A Recreation Reserve is to be used for active recreation facilities.
ABOUT THE FACILITY The facility is approximately 820 square metres under roof. Council has made a significant investment in the facility recently to ensure it is safe and compliant. Any upgrades and/or fit-out will be the responsibility of the final successful EOI submission and must be approved by Council before commencement of works. Isaac Regional Council encourages the sharing of facilities and would be pleased to accept joint Expressions of Interest from Community Groups.
