Due to flooding and rising waters, a number of Council Services have been affected as follows:

CEMETERIES

Moree Cemetery and all village cemeteries are closed today Wednesday 24 March.

WASTE SERVICES

Moree Waste Management Facility is closed today Wednesday 24 March. All village landfills are closed for the remainder of the week.

The following kerbside collections have been postponed:

❌Collections for Boggabilla and the Tuesday Moree collection (Moree residents north of Gwydir Street) ❌All kerbside collections scheduled for Wednesday 24 March 2021

These collections will be rescheduled and Council will advise of the revised collection date.

GWYDIR DAYCARE AND PRESCHOOL

The service is closed today Wednesday 24 March.

MOREE COMMUNITY LIBRARY

This service is closed today Wednesday 24 March.
