Early bird discount for rates notices

Isaac Regional Council would like to advise residents that rates notices will be issued from Monday, 29 March 2021.

Discount period closes Wednesday, 28 April 2021

Ratepayers who have encountered delays with the postal service in their area can register their email address with Council for an additional rates notice to be issued electronically.

If you have recently moved or changed your contact details, please check that you have informed Council to ensure delivery of rates notices on time.

Ratepayers who make prompt payment on or before Wednesday, 28 April 2021 will receive a 10 per cent discount on general rates.

Rates and levies for families and other domestic ratepayers in 2020-21 have been frozen at last year’s levels due to the difficult times families and businesses are facing due to the COVID pandemic, and Council taking a frugal budget approach.

This financial year, Council granted an interest free period on all unpaid rates notices until 31 December 2020, helping support Isaac families respond to the impacts of COVID-19.

If you have not received your rates notice by Friday, 9 April 2021 please contact Council.

Ratepayers can register their details for electronic notices by phoning 1300 ISAACS (1300 472 227) and speaking to Council’s Rates Team, or emailing [email protected] between 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
