A free, family day of activities will be held in Lawson on Saturday, 17 April.
Mid Mountains Mingle will feature live music, yoga for all ages, kids painting, music and movement classes and more.
The event – brought to the Blue Mountains community by the NSW Government’s Department of Planning, Industry and Environment, Blue Mountains City Council, Fusion Boutique and Belong Blue Mountains – is part of The Festival of Place, an inaugural celebration of public spaces across NSW.
Mayor Mark Greenhill said: “Mid Mountains Mingle will be a day where the community can connect, create and celebrate what it means to live in the beautiful Blue Mountains and be part of such a vibrant, inclusive community.”
The event details are as follows:
Date: Saturday, 17 April Time: 10am – 5pm Place: Lawson Town Square, Mid Mountains Neighbourhood Centre, Heatherbrae House.
All events will strictly follow COVID-safe procedures, as outlined by NSW Health.
Please note that open entry activities are restricted to attendee numbers, the live music audience must remain seated and all group workshops require pre-registration online.
