Bayside City Council is pleased to announce the Annual Community Grants Program 2021 opens for applications on Monday 12 April. We invite local not-for-profit groups that contribute to making Bayside a better place to live to apply for a Community Grant.
The Annual Community Grants support organisations to establish, extend and improve programs and services that address local needs and strengthen and enrich community life in the areas of leisure, cultural, community development, environmental, health, education, sporting and welfare programs and activities.
Grants of up to $7,500 each may be made for initiatives by community groups that meet the objectives of the Bayside City Council Grants Policy, particularly:
To assist community organisations to establish, extend and improve programs and services that address local needs; To encourage voluntary activities, community participation and the contribution of local groups and organisations to community life; To promote community development and build social capital; and To encourage innovative approaches to emerging issues and needs.Successful recipients 2020/21

All applications must be lodged online via SmartyGrants, via the link below.
Applications open Monday 12 April 9am and applications must be received by 5pm Wednesday 19 May.
