Balranald Shire Council is inviting submissions to design, construct and fitout a new AFL Football changeroom facility at Balranald Greenham Park. Comprising Home and Visitor changerooms & associated Shower / Toilet facilities, Umpire(Male and Female) Changerooms & associated Shower/Toilet Facilities and First Aid Trainer Rooms & associated facilities. These works must comply with the Building Code of Australia requirements. Balranald Shire Council will use Tenderlink to manage this Tender. All necessary documents are located on the Tenderlink website. All enquiries and responses in relation to the Works must be submitted via TenderLink Open Forum and the response will be publicly available to all tenderers.

Tenders closing date is Tuesday 4th May 2021 at 2.00pm AEST Clarification and questions close at 27th April 2021
