Isaac Regional Council would like to advise on behalf of the Australian Government, following the death of His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh residents are encouraged to leave a message of condolence.

An online condolence book will be available at https://www.pmc.gov.au/pmc/condolences-form and residents can also sign a hard-copy condolence book at Council offices and libraries from Monday.

Condolences will be sent to Buckingham Palace and archived by the Commonwealth and may be displayed at its national institutions, such as the National Library of Australia, forming part of the lasting record of Australia's close relationship with The Duke over many decades.

Online condolences will be accepted until 1 May 2021.
