Classical met danceable at the Court House

More than 500 people enjoyed the first in a series of free public outdoor events at the Court House on 27 March.

Classical met danceable with a collaboration between Queensland Symphony Orchestra’s String Quintet and local RnB artist, Kaweyova (Samantha Clark), and her five-piece band.

Featuring arrangements by Cairns composer and Sounds of AustraNesia Director, Rubina Kimiia, the family evening offered a varied series of performances including eclectic classical music, indie tunes and an exclusive collaboration.
