Ratepayers who make prompt payment on or before Wednesday, 28 April 2021 will receive a 10 per cent discount on general rates.
Some financial institutions take up to three days to process electronic payments. Please check with financial institution to ensure your payment is received by Council in time to secure discount.
Ratepayers who have encountered delays with the postal service in their area can register their email address with Council for an additional rates notice to be issued electronically.

This financial year, Council granted an interest free period on all unpaid rates notices until 31 December 2020, helping support Isaac families respond to the impacts of COVID-19.
Rates and levies for families and other domestic ratepayers in 2020-21 have been frozen at last year’s levels due to the difficult times we’re facing with the COVID pandemic and Council taking a frugal budget approach.
Ratepayers can register their details for electronic notices by phoning 1300 ISAACS (1300 472 227) and speaking to Council’s Rates Team, or emailing [email protected] between 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
