Isaac Regional Council has recently become aware of a phone caller that identifies as coming from Isaac Regional Council and asks receivers to answer various questions.
Council would like to advise the public that this caller is not from Isaac Regional Council.
The channels of communication from Council are via post with Council’s header, an email with an Isaac Regional Council email signature or a phone call from an officer that is clearly identifiable from Isaac Regional Council by calling Council’s main phone number on 1300 472 227.
If you are unsure if you are receiving a call from Isaac Regional Council, please hang up immediately and call Council back on our 1300 ISAACS number.
