We're getting very excited in the lead-up to our month-long foodie celebration, Taste of the Beaches, kicking off on May 1 in Manly. 

To get you thinking about the deliciousness to come, we've flashed back to season 1 of the TV show Taste of Australia with celebrity chef Hayden Quinn, who happens to be a local resident and ex Lifeguard, as he welcomes viewers to his home Manly.

Hayden pays respect to the Northern Beaches as a foodie-licious destination, visiting markets, honey makers and meets with one of our restaurateurs from the back alleys of Manly. Can you guess who it is?
