Mildura Rural City Council’s 2021 Community Satisfaction Survey opens tomorrow Monday 3 May, providing four weeks for residents take part and provide their feedback.

The survey is one of the easiest and most effective ways for the community to let us know their thoughts on the services, facilities and programs we provide each year.

Residents can take the survey in a couple of different ways.

Online The survey can be taken online by visiting Council’s Have Your Say page at mildura.vic.gov.au/HaveYourSay

Hardcopy Hard copy surveys can be picked up from Council’s Madden Avenue or Ouyen Service Centres, or by calling 5018 8100.

The online survey will be open until 5pm on Friday 28 May. Hard copy surveys must be returned in the post by this date using the reply paid envelope provided.

Mildura Mayor Jason Modica encouraged as many residents as possible to take part in the survey.

“Our organisation’s primary purpose is to provide the numerous different services, facilities and programs residents across our municipality use every day,” Cr Modica said.

“A key tool in ensuring these services and programs are meeting our community’s expectations is hearing from the people who use them, which is what our Community Satisfaction Survey enables us to do.

“So whether it’s the state of our regions roads and footpaths, the community and sporting facilities we provide or the family services we deliver, we want to hear where you think we’re doing well, and equally importantly, where you think we could improve.”

Results from the survey will be used to measure Council’s progress against the organisation’s guiding document – the Community and Council Plan 2017-2021.

It will also help inform development of Council’s 2021-2025 Council Plan, helping to plan and improve services in the future.
