Draft Benalla Rural City Council Revenue and Rating Plan 2021-2025Council at its meeting on Wednesday 12 May 2021 resolved that public notice be given that the Council has prepared its Draft Benalla Rural City Council Revenue and Rating Plan 2021-2025 and that it be placed on public exhibition for a period of at least 28 days.

Copies of the Draft Benalla Rural City Council Revenue and Rating Plan 2021-2025 can be downloaded from the Council’s website www.benalla.vic.gov.au. Copies of the document are available for inspection at the Customer Service Centre or at the Sir Edward ‘Weary’ Dunlop Learning Centre.
Submission process
Any person proposing to make a submission regarding the Draft Benalla Rural City Council Revenue and Rating Plan 2021-2025 must do so in writing before 5pm Wednesday 9 June 2021 in accordance with Section 223 of the Local Government Act 1989.
Submissions must be in writing and can be made:
online at www.benalla.vic.gov.au by email [email protected] by post addressed to Chief Executive Officer, Benalla Rural City Council, PO Box 227, Benalla 3671.Any person who lodges a written submission may request in their submission that they wish to appear in person or be represented by a person specified in their submission.
Submitters will be identified in a public report to the Council on submissions received. This information will become part of the public record. If you do not wish to be identified, please indicate this in your submission.
