Lithgow City Council invites public review and comment on the Draft Lithgow Development Control Plan 2021.
The Draft Development Control Plan provides detailed planning, design guidelines, to support the objectives and planning controls in Lithgow Local Environmental Plan 2014.
The document and supporting exhibition material are on public exhibition from 14 May 2021 to 13 June 2021 and are available for viewing on Council’s website and at the following locations during ordinary opening hours:
