Construction has begun on a new spacious and environmentally friendly clubhouse for Mona Vale Surf Life Saving Club, and to brighten up the building site, we’ve installed a collection of urban art.

The eclectic street artworks were created in partnership with local artist Patrick Hunter (Inkhunter) and were originally part of live art events across the Northern Beaches including the Rip Curl Narrabeen Classic, Taste of the Beaches and Spraycation. They now have a new home for the next six months, bringing something bright and beautiful to Mona Vale locals and visitors while construction continues.

The artwork on display is from an incredible bunch of emerging and established artists including Patrick Hunter (Inkhunter), Eve Bracewell, Billy Bain, Vieri Landini, Nina Korgul, Silly Pear, Miguel Gonsalez, and Reubszz.

You can see the ‘urban art gallery’ at Mona Vale Beach until December 2021. Watch this space for where the outdoor exhibition may travel to next.
