Community Satisfaction Survey 2021

Council’s annual Community Satisfaction Survey, conducted on behalf of Local Government Victoria begins Monday 10 May and continues until Sunday 17 June. 

Approximately 800 residents across Frankston City, doubled from previous years, will be contacted at random by phone over the next four weeks by independent research company, Metropolis Research. 

Residents will not be asked to provide personal information or banking details as part of this survey. If you are asked any personal details please hang up, and report the incident to www.scamwatch.gov.au 

The survey is intended to assess Council’s performance across a range of measures and to identify areas where we can improve – so your feedback is invaluable. 

The results of this survey will shared with the Community on Council’s website and social media in August 2021.
