Changed Traffic Conditions – Main Street Lithgow (Between Enfield Avenue & Cupro Street)

Council advises that as part of scheduled footpath replacement works, changed traffic conditions will be experienced in Main Street, Lithgow, between Enfield Avenue and Cupro Street.

Changed traffic conditions will be in effect from 7.00am until 4.00pm weekdays, from Monday, 31st May 2021, and is expected to continue through until 28th August 2021 (weather dependent).

Sections of the shoulder and footpath on the northern side of Main Street will be fully closed to pedestrians and traffic during works.

Stop / slow traffic control will be implemented affecting the westbound lane when worksite traffic is entering and exiting the worksite, with minor delays of up to 5 minutes being experienced.

Residents are asked to keep these changes in mind when travelling within the area, and allow additional travel time if necessary.
