Are you considering standing for Council?
Lachlan Shire Council will host a number of Candidate Information Sessions across the shire to assist potential candidates who are considering nominating for the upcoming Local Government Elections to be held on Saturday 4 September 2021.
“The sessions will provide an opportunity to learn more about the role and purpose of local government; the role, responsibilities and expectations of a councillor, and the electoral process and I invite anyone who is interested to come along, said Lachlan Shire Council General Manager Greg Tory.
Sessions are as follows:
10 June 2021 Lake Cargelligo Memorial Hall - 6:00pm
15 June 2021 Condobolin Council Chambers - 6:00pm
24 June 2021 Fifield Hall - 6:00pm
28 June 2021 Tottenham War Memorial Hall - 6:00pm
29 June 2021 Tullibigeal Community Hall - 6:00pm
