Q-MSC2021-08 – Kuranda Recreation Centre – Refurbishment

Mareeba Shire Council hereby invites written Quotations for the refurbishment of the Kuranda Recreation Centre to achieve building compliance.

Obtaining Documentation: Quotation documents are lodged on Council’s online e-procurement system for release Thursday 3 June 2021, Tenderlink – www.tenderlink.com/msc. Please register as a potential supplier on Tenderlink to download the documents. There is no charge to register or to download the documents.

Enquiries: Quotation enquiries, questions or clarifications should be directed via the online forum www.tenderlink.com/msc. Mareeba Shire Council officers are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the tender. The forum will close Three (3) days prior to the tender closing time and date. Please ensure that all questions, information requests and clarifications are posted prior to this time.

Lodgement of Quotations: Completed responses must be lodged by uploading the submission to Tenderlink, using the response forms within the quotation documentation. We strongly recommend that you begin uploading your quotation submission files at least two (2) hours BEFORE quotation closing.

Closing Time: The Closing Time for lodgement of Quotation is 3.00 pm Friday 11 June 2021. Submissions must be fully received by this time. Late, verbal or emailed tenders will not be accepted.
