Rockhampton Agricultural Show Public Holiday Closures And Re-Opening Hours

Isaac Regional Council would like to advise the St Lawrence community of the following temporary closures for the Rockhampton Agricultural Show public holiday on Thursday, 10 June 2021.

The Rockhampton Agricultural Show public holiday applies to St Lawrence, South of Clairview and rural areas.

COUNCIL OFFICES, ISAAC LIBRARY AND FACILITIES

St Lawrence and Carmila customer service counter, offices, libraries and depots will be closed. These will reopen as per usual hours on Friday, 11 June 2021. Council’s 24/7 Customer Service Call Centre will available as per usual on 1300 ISAACS (1300 472 227).  

WASTE SERVICES Kerbside waste and recycling collections will go ahead as normal on public holidays across the region. For more information on kerbside collection days for your town visit https://www.isaac.qld.gov.au/environment-water-waste/kerbside-collection

WASTE MANAGEMENT FACILITIES The St Lawrence Waste Management Facility will be closed. Carmila and Greenhill Waste Management Facilities are closed as per usual operating hours. All normal waste and recycling collection services will go ahead on Thursday, 10 June 2021 as scheduled. Please ensure your bins are placed on the kerbside by 6am on collection day.

COMMUNITY HALL & CENTRES AND AQUATIC FACILITIES

The St Lawrence and Carmila halls centres & halls will be closed as per usual apply on application basis. All other Aquatic Facilities across the region will be closed for the winter period, effective from closing time on Monday, 26 April to early September 2021.
