Upcoming works 15 – 19 June 2021: rail corridor works on Olivevale Road Comet

Aurizon will be undertaking rail corridor works on Olivevale Road, Comet (approximately 100m from the Capricorn Highway) from 15 to 19 June 2021. A side track (suitable up to semi-trailer) will be built for traffic users during the periods of rail crossing closure.

6am 15 June to 12pm 16 June 2021; and 12pm 18 June 2021 to 6.00pm 19 June 2021.

When Olivevale Road is opened during the period of 15-18 June 2021, road base will be laid across the rails so that users may cross in the usual manner. Aurizon will complete its maintenance works by 6.00pm 19 June 2021.
