Clause 21 Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000

This notice is provided within 28 days of Council making a decision to adopt a new amendment to the North Sydney Development Control Plan (DCP) 2013 pursuant to clause 21(2) of the EP&A Regulation 2000.

The amendment relates to the land at 27-57 Falcon Street, Crows Nest.

On 24 May 2021, Council resolved to:

a) adopt the amendments to the North Sydney DCP 2013.

The new amendment to the NSDCP 2013 as it relates to 27-57 Falcon Street, Crows Nest will come into effect and appear at such time as the related planning proposal is formally gazetted by the Department of Planning.
