Isaac Regional Council advises Moranbah residents of a planned water outage affecting residents on McCool St and Ney St on:
Tuesday, 29 June 2021 From 9am to 3pm
This outage will allow for installation of new isolation valves within the water network and will result in the loss of water supply for the duration of the works.
This will affect 62 properties in the area, shaded red in the image below.
Once the water supply has been restored, residents may experience instances of discoloured water.
If discoloured water occurs, Council recommends flushing tap water for up to five minutes or until the water becomes clear.
Council also recommends that any flushing water be used on your garden or lawn. Council apologises for any inconvenience and thanks residents for their patience.
If you require further information, please contact Council’s Customer Service Centre available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on 1300 ISAACS (1300 472 227).
