EOI-MSC2021-03 MARKETING FOR AUCTION OF REAL ESTATE

Mareeba Shire Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualified commercial brokers for the marketing and sale via auction of seven (7) parcels of Council owned freehold land parcels with nil improvements and one (1) parcel of Council owned freehold land with improvements (“subject parcels”).

The subject parcels are identified as follows:

Note: only the subject parcel identified as Lot 605 M3563 holds improvements upon the land

The closing time for electronic lodgement of Tenders is 11.00 am Monday 19 July 2021.

Regulation 228(7) of the Local Government Regulation 2012 may be applied.
