It comes with great relief to announce this wonderful opportunity that Queensland Health has extended to the Moree regional area a FREE Pfizer Jab at the Goondiwindi Hospital, up until Thursday 1 July 2021. The clinic will then re-open in three weeks’ time for the second round of vaccinations.
Mayor, the Honourable Lawrence Springborg, of Goondiwindi Council has been able to share this wonderful news with Mayor Humphries, who is ecstatic for the people of the Plains to have an opportunity now to visit Goondiwindi to have their Pfizer Vaccination. This cross-border collaboration comes at a wonderful time to help people in our rural area with this opportunity to get vaccinated as soon as possible.
Just a few things to know;
✅You will need a Queensland Border Pass ✅Available to COVID UNVACCINATED people over the age of 16 ✅No appointment required – walk-in ✅The clinic is open from 8.30am to 4pm on weekdays, Wednesday 30 June open until 7pm. ✅Medicare Card ❌You cannot receive this vaccination if you have received the AstraZeneca Vaccination
