To accommodate people wanting to exercise after work hours, we are turning the lights on at a number of local sportsfields.
This will allow people working at home to still enjoy some exercise as well as spread the demand longer through the day.
The current Health Orders allow you to exercise with one other people that doesn't live with you, socially distanced, so we’re turning the lights at selected fields until:
9pm, Monday to Friday6pm, Saturday and SundayIt does not allow community sport (either training or a match) to take place.
Field opening is weather dependent. Check if rain has closed a field here.
