Council Meeting Changes

From 1 July Council will implement some changes to the way it runs monthly Council Meetings.

Public Gallery Bookings To be fair to all members of our community, especially given current COVID restrictions, bookings for Council Meetings will now open when the agenda is published, the Thursday before each Council Meeting. Council will no longer take permanent or forward bookings.

Check In TAS App The Check In TAS App is now in use for Council Meetings. If you are not able to use the app, we can assist you to check in on the night.

Public Questions All public questions will need to be submitted by 5pm the day before the Council Meeting. You can submit your questions online on the link below or obtain a form from customer services.

Livestream Coverage Stay tuned for livestreaming of Council Meetings which will be introduced later in the year, making our meetings more accessible.
