TasWater Geotechnical Investigations and Ground Condition Surveys

TasWater are undertaking Geotechnical Investigations and Ground Condition surveys at Tailrace Park over the next few days.

You may have noticed the ‘drilling rig’ at  Kings Park along Margaret Street in Launceston recently, this has now moved to Tailrace Park and will venture south near the West Tamar Fitness Trail next week.

These are geotechnical surveys will give a solid foundation of information to build Combined System improvements as part of the Tamar Estuary River Health Action Plan.

Please avoid the work areas wherever possible.
