Upcoming works at Acacia Street Blackwater

Water main repairs will take place at Blackwater’s Acacia Street on Wednesday 30 June 2021 between 7.00 am and 5.00 pm.

During the works, Acacia Street will be closed off to traffic between Fern and Blain Streets and the water supply will be turned off.

A detour will be in place via Blain Street, Yeates Avenue, Bauman Way and MacKenzie Street.

Works are weather permitting and will be carried out by contractor Activ Civil Constructions.

You may experience a slight discolouration of water. If you do, run the water for a short period of time. If the discolouration persists, call council on 1300 242 686.
